REFUND POLICY

Returns & Refunds

- Items can not be returned unless damaged

- Items must be in original condition, unused and in original packaging

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

- Refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days after we receive the returned item

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours

- Once an order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled

- To cancel, contact us immediately at info@ambanjwastudios.com

- Cancelled orders will be refunded within 1-10 business days

- No cancellation fees apply for orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe

EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Exchanges

- Exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase

- Items must be unused and in original packaging

- Customer pays shipping for exchanges unless item is defective

- Size/color exchanges subject to availability

- Exchange processing takes 7-10 business days
